Insider buying
Someone who runs the company — a founder, promoter, director or senior executive — has bought shares in their own company with their own money. They have to tell the exchange within two working days.
Example
They know things you cannot: whether the big order is being renewed, whether the new plant works, whether next quarter is good. Spending their own money is a bet on what they know.
Worth knowing
We only show BUYING, never selling. People sell for a house, a wedding, tax or simply to spread their risk — many reasons, most of them dull. There is really only one reason to buy.
