Mainboard vs SME
Mainboard IPOs are larger companies on the main NSE/BSE market. SME IPOs are small companies on a separate platform, usually with bigger lots and fewer rules.
Example
An SME IPO may need ₹1–2 lakh for one lot; a mainboard IPO about ₹15,000.
